On Thursday 21 November, the fourth unmissable Chef Under the Stars event will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti.

This one Michelin-starred evening will be led by Chef Nino Rossi, chef patron of Qafiz Restaurant in Santa Cristina d’Aspromonte, in collaboration with the hotel’s Resident Chef.
