Four unmissable appointments, four starred chefs, and the unique atmosphere of the DoubleTree by Hilton Rome Monti: the ‘Chef under the Stars’ format is back with a new season dedicated to haute cuisine. It starts in May with Paolo Gramaglia of the President Restaurant in Pompei, and then continues with Salvatore Tassa, Luca Abbruzzino and Moreno Cedroni.
